    John has been a trial lawyer since 1978.  He has developed extensive experience in the art of asking questions both in and out of the courtroom.  He uses his expertise to train junior lawyers (including articling students and students in law school).  He has written several handbooks on subjects of interest to junior lawyers, mostly available through the Canadian publisher, Irwin Law.  For information on these handbooks, and those that have been self published, please refer to the handbooks and store of this website.
