John Hollander - MBC Law
Welcome to Practice Development, a blog to present conventional -and sometimes controversial - ideas about how we can, should and do comport ourselves as lawyers.  This blog will feature posts by lawyers, both senior and junior, prominent and less so - and often not me.  The views will always be those of the author of the post.

The guest posts will feature Referrals, by senior lawyer Norman Bowley (formerly with LMR/Low Murchison Radnoff) in Ottawa.  Other posts may start a series or stand alone.  All will be aimed at helping lawyers to consider and adapt their practices and behaviour. What works? What doesn't? What do others think of this?

In the winter (2017-2018), a series of podcasts on Chat With lawyers will carry this conversation into the audio world.

Thanks for joining us.

This blog page will feature posts by lawyers who have something useful to say about the way we go about the business of law, how we relate to each other, the public and the Bench, how we communicate, and other subjects of interest to lawyers.
